Cleaning

Our cleaning process is categories in two parts.

• Interior cleaning.
• Exterior cleaning

Interior Cleaning

In interior cleaning we do cleaning inside the car we use vacuum cleaner for removing the dust cleaning inner side glasses by waterless liquide apart from this we do dash board cleaning and polishing also.

Exterior Cleaning

In exterior cleaning first we remove dust partical from the car body then we spray waterless liquid and clean with the help of micro febric towel which gives dust free and shiny look of your car. We also clean the tyers,trim and bumpers.

Cleaner Assignment

Assignment of cleaner is done by randomly or we will assign a cleaner at the time on board also you have an option to select a specific cleaner by you its subject to avaibility in your area. If you select a package we will try to give one specific cleaner for you who will wash your car till the package. In case your assigned cleaner is not available at selected time because of any reason wiil give you a replacement cleaner.

In case your service are missed we will give you service credit via COIN. You can redeme this coin while your package is active.

In other case if you are unavailable or u don`t want cleaning on selected slot date and time. Please inform us before 24 hours through the app.

Pricing

Our all pricing/package are available in the app and website single and instant wash pricing may differ due to availability of cleaners and timings. We reserve the rights to change pricing without any prior notice.

Rainy Days

Your service may get delay in rainy season due to weather condition.Your cleaning may cancel or delayed or rescheduled in case of heavy rain, heavy winds, flooding etc. In case your service gets canceled then you`ll be rewarded by coins.

Emergency Disclaimer

We have some certain advice to protect our customer and cleaner, go through some below Points.

Safety and security

• Please do not leave any valuable things inside the car before committing key to the cleaner.
• Please match the cleaner identity in app who comes to collect the key, You can match the id proof uploaded in app.
• In case you have any doubt or problem report an issue immidiately through an app. So we can investigate timely.

Liability

After waterless cleaning we are not responsible incase car gets dirty immediately due to rain, heavy weighted dust etc. We always advice to park your car in the shade, Basement, Partico orelse cover your car. You must avoid parking under the tree as bird drops waste and leaves can damage the car. You must disclose to us all defects, damage, or weakness in your vehicle, known or suspected by you, which may be affected by the services prior to our commencing with the cleaning process.
