1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Carspaa, including all online and offline interactions, bookings, payments, and vehicle servicing at our location in Chandigarh and Mohali.
2. Services Offered
Carspaa offers a range of services, including but not limited to:
Car Washing (Exterior and Interior)
Car Detailing
Ceramic Coating
Paint Protection Film (PPF)
Cosmetic Repairs
Aegis Window Films
3. Booking & Appointment
Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person.
Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
Delays in arrival beyond 15 minutes may result in cancellation or rescheduling.
You will receive a confirmation message once your booking is accepted.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition and service upgrades.
We accept payment via cash, UPI, card, and select digital wallets.
GST and other applicable taxes will be added to service costs.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
No refund will be issued for cancellations after the 2-hour window.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
6. Vehicle Liability
While we take utmost care, Carspaa is not liable for pre-existing damages, valuables left in the car, or mechanical failures unrelated to detailing/washing.
Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings before service.
A pre-service inspection will be conducted and agreed upon by both parties.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure your vehicle is delivered and picked up on time.
Be honest about vehicle condition and issues beforehand.
Notify us in case of allergies or sensitivity to certain chemicals.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page for details on how your data is collected, stored, and used.
9. Modifications
Carspaa reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
